Warboys and District Day Care Centre is a charitable organisation which provides social activity and a change of scene for the frail
or elderly. The Centre has a Manager, supported by a group of wonderful Volunteers.
For a daily attendance charge, currently £6-50 per day, the Centre offers transport, refreshments on arrival, a two course lunch and refreshments prior to departure, and the opportunity to join in with a variety of games and activities if desired. Occasional days out are also organised - funds permitting.
Transport to and from the Day Centre is available for Warboys and its surrounding Villages. For those living outside the catchment area - there may be an extra charge to cover any additional transport costs.
It should be noted this is not a "Drop In" centre.
Attendance is by prior arrangement.

WE NEED YOUR HELP!! if you would like to register as a Volunteer helper or you have a particular skill or hobby that you might like to share with our group, then please call the above number or pop in for an informal chat on either of the days we are open.
We would love to hear from you as we are always looking for more staff, especially those persons willing to act as "Reserve" helpers, which in turn would give our regular staff an opportunity to have a few days off.
