The Army Cadet Force is a national voluntary youth organisation which is sponsored by the British Army and available to males and females aged 12 to 55 in the Warboys area. Around the UK it has 45,000 youth members aged 12-18 and 8,000 volunteer adults in 1,700 detachments. Army cadets learn independence, responsibility and leadership through activities such as the Duke of Edinburgh Award scheme, sport, adventure training, music, first aid and target shooting; as well as taking part in community activities. Each year, we take over 20,000 young people to annual summer camps across the country and abroad, including expeditions to places such as Africa and Canada. We always have vacancies for young people and adults looking for adventure and challenge. No military experience is necessary and all training plus a uniform is provided.

We meet Thursday evening between 7.00pm and 9.30pm, so please come along and see what we do with no obligation.
